Well, that patch never actually went upstream as far as I can
tell.  They must have applied it locally to sarge and never
submitted it my way, with expected consequences.

That fix isn't correct either.

Please try this patch:

sparc64: Fix interrupt register calculations on Psycho and Sabre.

Use the IMAP offset calculation for OBIO devices as documented in the
programmer's manual.  Which is "0x10000 + ((ino & 0x1f) << 3)"
