Hi, could you please briefly summarize the drawbacks of the straw-manproposal I made in my original email? You draft could not have addressedthat because the proposal has been made today. I would like to understand which requirements it fails to address inorder to improve it if necessary until all (or as many as possible)requirements are reasonably covered.
