I have a query on draft-andreasen-sipping-rfc3603bis-07. Specifically, the P-DCS-LAES header as defined. From the draft (and the associated packetCable spec) I got the sense that the header is valid only for initial INVITE request for a call and the associated responses.
1.) Is it okay to not have this header in an initial INVITE but in a
subsequent reINVITE?
2.) Is it okay to change the hostport specified in the Laes-Content
parameter in a subsequent reINVITE? This could be required due to
codec changes.
