Thanks for the review. I used:

    ln -sf --relative $(DESTDIR)$(PYTHONLIBDIR)/selinux/_selinux$(PYCEXT) $(DESTDIR)$(PYTHONLIBDIR)/_selinux$(PYCEXT)

and merged it.
