[PATCH 0/3] libsepol: Allow hexadecimal numbers in Xen context rules

Allow the use of hexadecimal numbers in iomemcon, ioportcon, and
pcidevicecon statements. The use of hexadecimal numbers is often
the natural choice for these rules.
