http://about.ck12.org/ The CK12 project to create free (CC by SA) text books for the K-12 market is interesting and seems to have a lot of potential. http://authors.ck12.org/wiki/ One of the ways that you can submit content is via a wiki. I think it would be good to have a free high-school text book about computer security.
