The CK12 project to create free (CC by SA) text books for the K-12 market is 
interesting and seems to have a lot of potential.

One of the ways that you can submit content is via a wiki.  I think it would 
be good to have a free high-school text book about computer security.  I 
don't have time to do it all on my own, but I would definitely be involved if 
others were doing it too.
