The problem with such analogies is that SE Linux policy is designed to be unambiguous. See the above URL for details of the issue

I did not mean to start a religious argument. Use any of these
substitutions for "the Old Testament" that you prefer:

  "Webster's Unabridged Dictionary"
  "the US Tax code"
  "the NFL rule book"

Any text that is definitive, large, and technically readable
by a human being will do.
