I have just uploaded 166 patch files for each domain that has a difference between refpolicy and fedora policy.

These represent most of the differences that make up a 36802 line patch
I apply to Ref Policy in Rawhide.

Chris and I can not manage the changes and we really need help from
people to go through the changes and Ack whether the change is valid or
needs more work.

A lot of these changes are no brainers, but need to be split out from
the patches that we don't have agreement on.

A large amount of the changes will hopefully disappear when Chris drops
 prefix based homedir file context.

Other distributions are not getting advantage of the fixes in the Fedora
policy.
