Doesn't look like it actually. For some reason, my module screws up anything that comes after it, when compiled to base. it starting with "mon*" seemed a little too coincidental. so I removed it and got other errors though. I'm just going to remove stuff by hand. As much as I'd like to just compile a monolithic policy, I've spent too much time on the issue. thanx for your help.
