I wasn't confused. Like I say, the only thing I know of that identd is for is IRC. *shrugs* Tells hte IRC server about you. Course, it also relys on the honor system... Fundamental Design Flaw if you ask me. But, what the heck, it's not like it's a critical thing anyways.
