That's one that hasn't happened to me yet. I think that's probably
because the person getting contacted is also usually the spammer, but
I'm certain that isn't always the case. Nevertheless, nobody wants to be
billed for something they can prevent, whether they personally did it or
somebody using their system is responsible for it.

I also think this is a much better method than having the government(s)
decide was is and is not acceptable.
