In Linux you would put your own scripts in ~/.gimp-2.2/scripts. I just 
checked with someone I know who works with GIMP in Windows. I was told that 
for Windows ~ is %USERPROFILE%. In other words, look for the 
.gimp-2.2/scripts directory under the directory referred to by the value to 
which USERPROFILE is set.
