Variables in script-fu, pointers

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

In some scripts i've seen variables defined with asterixes (*variable*).
Is this just for the purpose of readability or will those variables
be treated as special types (pointers?)

Unfortunately i haven't found that much about this. So could please
somebody give me a hint, where to find more?
In "Teach Yourself Scheme in Fixnum Days" or "SIOD: Scheme in One
Defun" i haven't seen an explicit explanation. (maybe my old eyes....?)
