Todd, The kernel-2.4.9-17.src.rpm file _does_ have the include/math-emu directory, so you should be able to download that, and do an "rpm -bp kernel-2.4.spec" to create the completely patched source tree in /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/kernel-2.4.9/linux. I'm running a "make dep" right now to see what happens.
