No official version is out yet. The newest version is currently the "rawhide"
version as on ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/rawhide/s390 or
ftp://ftp.redhat.de/pub/s390/.

Please note that "rawhide" might anytime change into a unstable version
again for the next devel cycle.

2.4.7 is a good kernel for s390 developers, but not a good selection for
a production kernel for a Linux distribution. We will go on maintaining
a stable branch of the Red Hat Linux kernel based on 2.4.9ac10.

On the OCO modules: Current state is that until now no working OCO modules
are available. Hope we get testing successfully completed soon, but we don't
have any official timeschedule on this we can communiate.

Don't know, sorry. Some mirrors don't carry the "rawhide" part etc.
