From: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> When the primary handler of an interrupt which is marked IRQ_ONESHOT does not wake the thread (e.g. due to a spurious interrupt) then nothing ever unmasks the interrupt line again. Handle it gracefully.
