There is always a source RPM, even if you don't distribute it.
"nosrc" means that the RPM was built from binaries, instead of compiled
from source.  However, there is still a "source" RPM, which would contain
the tarball or whatever of binaries the RPM was built from.  (For instance,
mozilla builds of firefox can be packaged as RPMs - the nosrc.src.rpm contains
the mozilla binary tarball.)

You can't. I think your clients understand that the source must exist somewhere (or else they can't expect any updates or bug fixes).
