Well, the actual question is: Why do you want to get rid of them? If your package actually uses Python, a shell and glibc the requirements should stay. RPM does check dependencies on real world data and not (only) by package name as you may know from deb.

If you want single executable not to generate requirements (like example scripts) you can remove the executable bit in the install root with chmod.
