Something like this: > > Requires: package_a, package_b OR package_c OR package_d > > Is it possible? If so - how is the exact syntax? No, this is not possible. But it is possible to provide/require virtual packages. Example: sendmail and postfix both have a "Provides: smtpdaemon". An application requiring some SMTP mailer may have a "Requires: smtpdaemon", a condition satisfied when sendmail and/or postfix is installed. -- -- Jos Vos <jos@xxxxxx> -- X/OS Experts in Open Systems BV | Phone: +31 20 6938364 -- Amsterdam, The Netherlands | Fax: +31 20 6948204 _______________________________________________ Rpm-list mailing list Rpm-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/rpm-list
