Why... there *usually* is no good reason for this.

Better include "rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT" here too!  Are you sure
/var/tmp/tinux-buildroot does not already exist and contains a
copy of tinux-1.0.0.tar from an earlier attempt withour the tinux
subdir?  That would be my guess for the failure...
