Macros in specfiles are expanded even if there's a # before the line. This
isn't normally a problem, except in the case of multi-line macros -- like
configure. Do rpm --eval '%configure' and check out what that's expanding
to. Or, rpm --eval '#%configure' to see exactly why the # has no effect.
