Changing Depenency paths?

Hi,

When i try and install the rpm flow-tools-0.68-1.i386.rpm i the following error:
error: Failed dependencies:
        /usr/local/bin/python is needed by flow-tools-0.68-1.i386

Now i have python installed but in a different location /usr/bin/python and i dont want to force the installation as I get errors when i try and install somthing else using apt-get.

So i decided i will recompile the source rpm to rebuild the binary rpm.
But I cant find any referance in the SPEC file or any file in the SOURCES directory to /usr/local/bin/python or ./configure --help.
I tried building it to see if it will find my python in the PATH but it doesnt, and at the end of the rpmbuild it says,
Requires: /usr/local/bin/python libc.so.6 libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.0) libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.1) libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3) libnsl.so.1 libwrap.so.0 libz.so.1

Does anybody know how I can change the depenency to /usr/bin/python ??

Thanks,
Ilo Lorusso.
