BTW: This is plain dirty. When, then it _should_ look like

%post -p %{_bindir}/perl

But i'd prefer to stay away from the path (and -p) at all. Who knows,
whether %{_usrbindir} (which does not exist in my rpm installation) or
something like that (%{_localbindir}, %{l_bindir}) would be better. Too
few people respect the case that there are multiple platforms.
