error: Legacy syntax is unsupported: copyright

Hi,

I'm new to RPM development, so apologies if these questions seem naive.

There seems to have been a change in rpmbuild between rpm-4.3.2-21 and rpm-4.4.1-2 which results in an inability to build RPMs containing "Copyright" any more.

The error : "error: Legacy syntax is unsupported: copyright" is spat out.

A message posted in the past to this group implies that "Copyright" has been deprecated for sometime and "License" should be used instead.

My questions are:
1. How do you find out which tags have been deprecated?
2. Where is the syntax of the RPM spec file documented?
3. What is acceptable content for "License"? In particular, for a proprietary product?

My attempts to find this info so far have been unsuccessful. Neither of the man pages for "rpm" or "rpmbuild" seem to reference spec file syntax as far as I can see.
A lot of google result web pages talk about "Maximum RPM" as a good place for information but the web site :
http://www.rpm.org/max-rpm/s1-rpm-inside-tags.html
talks about "Copyright" and not "License".

Thanks in advance for any help,
Regards,
Gren.
