Hey all, I was unable to find a precise answer to my problem. I am basically trying to edit all the rpm install/postinstall/uninstall,spec, and couple of .sh files that are in vendor.rpm. Vendor.rpm file is not relocatable and I want to modify all the files to make it run in another directory. Oh, another thing, its being installed in /usr/vendor dir and I want it to be moved to /opt/mybuild. I was hoping to find a program that basically extracts all the files into a directory like you were building an rpm from scratch and then I would edit all its information and follow "how to build an rpm file."
