Am I right that the RHEL3 U4 rpm (4.2.3-13) does not yet have this backport, so it's currently not safe to build rpm's on a RHEL3 U4 system? (I deteted the problem after upgrading glibc...) Isn't it just a matter of rebuilding rpm with --with-glob?
