Uninstalling relocatable package: what is the accepted behaviour?

Hi

I need to know what is the correct behaviour in the following situation:

   Suppose, I have a relocatable package, foo.rpm

Prefix: /var/newdir1/newdir2      (both newdir1 and newdir2 are previously non-existent directory)

   %files
         /var/newdir1/newdir2/newdir3/foo.file  (here newdir3 is a previously non-existent directory)

Now, if I do "rpm -e foo", should all new directories created ( i.e. newdir1,newdir2 and newdir3) be deleted along with the file, foo.file.

I would appreciate very much any information you may provide.
   Thanks..
