I am on an x86_64, smp running fedora core 2 and kernel 2.6.9-1.3_FC2smp
Even though I force install of the original rpm off the disk
# rpm -Uvh --force findutils-4.1.7-25.x86_64.rpm
Verify still reports it as wrong size and md5.
# rpm -V findutils S.5....T /usr/bin/find S.5....T /usr/bin/xargs .......T d /usr/share/info/find.info.gz ...
Is there any way to install original binaries and have rpm report them as OK?
