Hi, An observation with rpm-4.3.2-21 under FC3, I do not understand: # rpm -q --qf "%{epoch}\n" -p download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/3/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/zlib-1.2.1.2-1.i386.rpm (none) # rpm -q --qf "%{epoch:hex}\n" -p download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/3/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/zlib-1.2.1.2-1.i386.rpm (not a number) I thought missing Epoch's now were supposed to be treated a "int 0". Seems to me as if --qf %{epoch} still treats them as strings.
