Ensure that it's versioned and ensure that it's correct. For details of what gets run when /usr/share/doc/rpm-4.3.2/triggers triggerpostun is probably what you'd want. However if it's rawhide then you could just post to fedora-devel-list with it being known broken rather than add triggers. Just ensure the fixed version gets into fc3t2.
