Go here :
 
http://linux.duke.edu/projects/yum/

and get "yum":

once you've installed it, look in the respositories section ...
 
http://linux.duke.edu/projects/yum/repos/

for the data to put in your /etc/yum.conf

then run "yum update"

And you'll be a happy admin.
