If a configuration file hasn't been changed, then it will be erased in all
cases upon uninstall. If it has been changed, then it will be kept with the
".rpmsave" extension, and rpm will issue a warning about it, possibly only
if it was config(noreplace). I'd need to test to be sure about that one :-)
