Hello all,

I installed mysql from MySQL-Max-4.0.12-0.i386.rpm a

that mysql is not installed. I know I did it from
rpm, I even have the rpm’s why is this happening?

Thanks for your help

First of all, its case sensitive. "rpm -q mysql" is different than "rpm -q MySQL-Max". Secondly, you installed MySQL-Max, not mysql.
