i386-redhat-linux prefix

I'm rebuilding an SRPM of clamav and the binaries are getting built with a
prefix of "i386-redhat-linux", which is in contradiction with the spec file's
file list. I wouldn't expect to see this unless I was building
cross-development tools. Any idea where I should start looking to see where
this is coming from? It looks like it might be coming from the provided
configure script.

I got the SRPM here:

<ftp://crash.fce.vutbr.cz/pub/linux/clamav/>

The -1 SRPM had the problem, but it looks like the author released a -2 with a
hack to rename the generated files before packaging. It looks like it's
specific to RH7.3 and earlier (I have 7.2).
