I'm not even sure what you're asking here. Red Hat Enterprise Linux
is released in source form on our FTP site (aside from the bits
we don't have the source to, such as the JREs on the Extras discs.)
And the Fedora Project (http://fedora.redhat.com/) is a full OS
release as well.
