Hi
I'm using RedHat linux v6.2. I have a Crystal sound
card- cs4232 PnP card
When I run sndconfig it runs everything properly
including the tests. But when I run a .wav or .mp3 file, the system hangs. I
have no problem playing .cda files. Also I have set the synthio and synthirq
settings in /etc/conf.modules , but I do not get any options for synth settings
in the mixer
HELP!
