You're not going to find 2009 rpms.  The best you'll get is 2003 rpms
from ftp://archive.download.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/9/en/os/i386/
and the updates (some as late as 2004) from
ftp://archive.download.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/updates/9/en/os/

If you want the .so files, unpack the rpms.
