No such file at

ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/linux/redhat/updates/9/en/os/SRPMS/

This dir has files such as Keith named.

The source RPM you name appears to be at 

ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/linux/redhat/updates/9/en/os/i386/

I've stumbled in this myself.
