RedHat has stopped supporting RH9. You can still get the last updates from a mirror (ie. http://www.gtlib.cc.gatech.edu/pub/redhat/linux/updates/9/en/os/i386/ ), or you can check out the Fedora Legacy Project (http://www.fedoralegacy.org/ )
You could also think about going to Fedora Core, which is what has evolved from RedHat Linux.
