I got a lot of bounce backs recently saying I have to have the admin approve my message (which never happened). I wonder if there has been some problems lately?

as mentioned, traffic has been slower on this list of late, but i was wondering if there had been some problems as well. yesterday, i don't recall seeing any message at all from the list, which is odd.
