Apparently you must install them before or in the same command as the devel packages you want to install. But you should not be installing these packages or the two *-devel packages from the CD because they have all been updated, probably for security reasons. krb5-devel and krb5-libs are now at version 1.2.7-14, and the two openssl packages are now at version 0.9.7a-20. Get them all via up2date or copy them from some mirror for updates.
