Just for the record - I visited...

https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/shrike-list and put in my email
address alongside the button 'Edit Options' and then clicked the button.

Then on the next page I clicked the button 'Email my password to me' and
within 3 minutes, I received the email from mailman.
