First of all, you'll need to get the ntfs driver, which isn't included with Red Hat. I get my pre-built modules from:
http://linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net/rpm/redhat9.html
Note that this module supports Read Only access only. Then you just need to figure out which partition it is under linux:
# fdisk -l /dev/hda
Then you can mount it like any other file system. Just specify ntfs as the file system type. The annoying part is you'll need to update that module any time you update your kernel.
