What do I need to do to install Real Player on my linux box. I have RH9.0 and I went toI set this up on my RH9 machine yesterday...
http://forms.real.com/real/player/unix/unix.html?src=100103realhome_r1_3_2_1_1 to download Linux 2.x (libc6 i386) RPM as the OS selection and Pentium-class system as the CPU selection. It downloads fine but when I go to the site to view a streaming video no image appears. It is like it is looking for the plugin.

Learn how to choose, serve, and enjoy wine at Wine @ MSN. http://wine.msn.com/
Does the realplayer window come up when you access the link to the video clip? If not, did you copy rpnp.so to your browser plugin directory?
eg cp /usr/lib/RealPlayer8/plugins/rpnp.sp /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
Restart mozilla and check Help->About Plugins.
Cheers, Ian
