ls -l /var/mailman/data #does the folder exist? Permissions? 

ps -aux |grep qrunner # one way of checking if process is running

I have no idea about mailman, data folder and pid's but my guess is that
the folder /var/mailman/data either doesn't exist or user with uid/gid
of mailman doesn't have write permissions to /var/mailman/data
directory.
