Setup raw print queue in CUPS, make samba loading cups printers (printing = cups). You'll see this raw printer as a share on your server. Than install printer drivers for windows boxes using any LPT port. After installing printer drivers open printer properties dialog and use "add port" button to change fake LPT port to your raw printer network share. I have used this for rh9 (print server) and win98 client boxes.
Another way to do it - read samba docs about installing samba print server for windows workstations.
