nautilus crash on startup

Like many people I was burned by the glibc problem yesterday. Unfortunately,
after installing the updated rpms listed in redhat's errata I'm still unable
to run GNOME. KDE runs fine, but when I try to launch nautilus it fails with
the following error:

nautilus: relocation error: nautilus: undefined symbol: nautilus_icon_factory_is_basic_icon_ready_for_file

I've re-installed the nautilus package., rebooted etc. but without any success.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

Thanks,

Nigel
