Duplicate RPM update files

On trying to upgrade my rh9 install tree with the latest rpm-upgrade 
packages I saw, that the rhn-applet and the vsftpd packages in the update 
tree are the same (same md5 checksum) as the packages in the original distro?

I got them from a mirror site and the redaht site is to busy to enter right 
now, so I can't check there.

Can someone confirm this??
