You can use the 'include' directive in the alias file, 
which would in effect set up a mailing list. The syntax
depends on what you are using on your server for email.

Something like this :

mailinglist:		":include:/path-to-email-addresses-file"

If you manage to get it to work, be careful not to include a name
in the list of email addresses that's named the same or aliased to
the mailing list name - this will cause quite a mess.
