I can't say really -- I used my machine for normal things like mail, editing, compiling -- 32Mb was fine; the 64Mb appeared faster but it was a newer, faster chipset. This machine (an Inspiron 8500) has a 64Mb GeForce4 in it which runs 1920x1200 truecolour just fine and when it ran windows played DVDs wonderfully. If you're doing games stuff, then that's different -- that's far more demanding.
